PURPOSE OF USE

Welcome to Picturejungle.com! We exist to provide a place for photographers and imagemakers to index and display their work in an easy to use website using the latest database and web technology with high speed T-3 connectivity. Images on the site are organized according to artist, category, number and keyword. Members control their inventories through an easy to use browser interface. Images can be arranged in a password protected personal gallery or placed for viewing in the Picturejungle.com Global Database. Images on Picture Jungle are viewed, bought and sold by individuals and corporations from around the world.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Personally identifiable information, like e-mail addresses, are used only for the purpose of administering and executing existing information for member records and applications. Information will not be added to a marketing list, and we do not sell or provide the information to third parties.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Picture Jungle reserves the right to immediately remove materials that are immoral, unethical or have potential to lead to legal challenges of but not limited to copyright infringement, licensing issues, contractual obligations, model releases, covenants or pornography. Any image that has been removed by the Picture Jungle staff for copyright or licensing issues can only be redisplayed when a resolution has been reached between the disputing parties and Picture Jungle has been provided with a signed agreement between the disputing parties.

Picture Jungle and the third parties that provide content on this site may make submissions, improvements and/or changes in the images, policies, and prices described in the website at any time without notice. Picture Jungle reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Picture Jungle website is offered, including but not limited to any charges associated with the use of the Picture Jungle website.

Use of this website is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained herein shall limit Picture Jungle's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website. Picture Jungle provides hosting, software design and high speed connectivity to the Picturejungle.com website. Picture Jungle is not in the business of selling images.
